WHO IS TRAVIS STROUD
Today is February 17th, 2025. Please excuse this website. A professional one is being made as we speak.
I grew up in Rancho Cordova, CA. graduated from Cordova High in 1992. I stayed out of high school a couple of years and went to Junior College in 1994. I eventually graduated from Alan Hancock Community College in Santa Maria, California.
I then went to the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) where I put myself through school as a casino dealer. I obtained a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. After UNR, I went to Cal Northern School of Law in Chico, CA.
December 5th, 2011, I swore in and became an attorney. That day I opened my doors in the small town of Corning, CA. Corning is a small farming town about two hours north of Sacramento on 1-5, about 30 minutes Northwest of Chico.
My dream was to start a law firm, which I did. At one point I had a partner and multiple attorneys working for me. I practiced any area of law that I chose. During this time, I won major cases, criminal, family, civil, immigration, you name I did it.
For ten years plus, the practice treated me good. It gave me my heart’s desire. During this time, I just got better and better. After ten years I had done everything that I wanted to do. I learned my craft, gained respect, won cases.
Which brings me here. I closed down my office did a short stint as a public defender, honed my crafter even more and now I’m here. I’m home baby! If I can win cases litigating in farm country, I know I can win cases where I grew up arguing in front of my peers.
